If anyone that lives in Texas & has NEVER been then your missing out! Everyone should at least go once to get the feel of it! Their's the midway filled with the guys trying to get you to play games & the sweet aroma of delicious food! Especially fried food! The fair always has an assorment of weird fried foods! But the one thing you MUST eat is a CORNDOG! It's not a trip to the fair if you don't!

World Famous Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey is made in only one place, the small town of Lynchburg, Tennessee, population 361. Fit Tip Tuesday.

There should be about 3 hours between dinner and bedtime. Dinner should be about 3 hours before bedtime. In other words, do not eat, then go to sleep an hour later. If dinner is at 6, allow for at least 3 hours before you go to sleep at 9, or later.

Ramen Noodles.

Those 3 things combined create deliciousness! Back when I lived in California I used to frequently make ramen noodles for a snack. Eventually I ended up having a Korean roommate. I loved having him around, because he used to make delicious egg drop soup & spam fried rice! Makes me hungry just thinking about it! Unfortunately I never learned how to make either of those BUT I did pick up his style of cooking ramen noodles.

Those 3 things pictured above create deliciousness! If you don't believe me try it! it's super easy! You cook the ramen as usual, but towards the end you pour out some water or not. Depends if you want a soupy ramen or not. Then you throw in your seasoning packet and mix it in. After that add some sriracha hot sauce and crack the egg in! Mix the egg around & once the egg is cooked VIOLA! Serve & enjoy!

Hopefully those instructions are good enough, but if not feel free to leave a comment & I'll be happy to help anyone out who wants to try it!

Share Sunday.

It's Sunday again! I must say that I have been neglecting my blog a little! My obsession with KDramas is affecting my ability to post lol! But really my Share Sunday post might be lacking, because in the US Sunday = Football! Since I play fantasy football it's safe to say I love football. So I'm going to apologize ahead of time for my lack of sharing. It really is time consuming to have 2 fantasy teams! And on Sunday's football is on ALL day. So what I'm sharing today is that I love football and it consumes my Sunday's lol!

Shampoo & Conditioner.

This is a completely random post about a random subject. Yes shampoo & conditioner. As you previously read I finally used all my conditioner well today I started a new set & I love it after one use! Crazy right?! Its Herbal Essence! I used to use Herbal back in 9th grade but haven't really used it since. Maybe a leave in conditioner but never a set. It smells so good! & it literally made my hair feel softer! I will admit I fry my poor hair so I have to use set's that are for dry damaged hair! Blow drying & flat ironing take its toil literally. You guy's wouldn't understand that lol!

This is what I'm currently using:

I can literally smell the scent on my hair as I type! Their infused with extracts of shea, moisturizers, and Hawaiian sea silk. It's a sweet smell that you can not NOT love. Sorry for the double negative lol! Over all I'm pretty excited about this shampoo. Results in one use?!!! I can't wait till I continue to use it! I'm not getting my hopes too high, but I think its safe to say the results should be positive!

Stewpot Dallas.

The Stewpot offers a safe haven for homeless and at-risk individuals of Dallas, providing resources for basic survival needs as well as opportunities to start a new life. Established by First Presbyterian Church in 1975, The Stewpot began serving food when church members realized no other resources were available for the homeless and hungry. By 1991, Stewpot programs included a wide range of social services and the agency moved across the street to a donated two story office building that continues to be “home”. Since May 2008, The Stewpot has been the sole meal provider at The Bridge (Dallas’ homeless assistance center), serving 1,500-2,000 meals per day, 7 days per week. Direct program support for The Stewpot comes from donations from individuals, corporations, foundations, church, and civic groups outside of First Presbyterian Church. The Stewpot operates under the 501(c)3 of First Presbyterian Church of Dallas, which provides for building maintenance, utilities, and administrative expenses of The Stewpot.

Today I volunteered during the dinner service. I was excited & a little scared, because I didn't know exactly what to expect. It was an AMAZING experience. The one thing that I noticed was that even though the people who came were down on their luck they still were happy & upbeat. Honestly it was a real relief to see that. Me, being the emotional person that I am, was afraid that I would end up bursting to tears! The people were really grateful & eager to say how much they appreciated us coming in our spare time to help out. I left with the biggest smile & a genuine feeling of self-fulfillment. I will defiantly be volunteering at the Stewpot again! If you too are interested in volunteering your time click the picture below to be lead to look at the available opportunities & sign up!

Fit Tip Tuesday.

Effective exercises are sit ups and some cardio, such as walking or jumping rope, will flatten your stomach and shrink your belly. This is exactly why the past few weeks I've been saying I wanted one! Seriously I'm getting one asap!

Boyce Avenue.

Tonight I'm going with some friends to see Boyce Avenue! Your probably thinking who the heck are they! Well they're a AWESOME cover band & they also have their own original songs! They came to town a few months ago but the show was sold out! Literally we planned this 3 months ago to make sure we didn't miss them again! A friend of mine even scheduled this day off 3 months ago lol! I'm really excited to see them perform life & to hear their own music! Tonight is going to be a good night! Here is a video of them covering 3 Doors Down, Here Without You! Check it out!

My FAVORITE movie of all time! Okay it's a toss up between this and Dirty Dancing. But seriously I can watch Breakfast At Tiffany's over & over! A true classic! If you haven't watched this then you must be hiding under a rock, because Audrey Hepburn is a classic alone! How can you NOT know about this movie! I wish it wasn't Sunday so I could watch it, but I have some football to watch!

When Burger King decided to sell fast-food Down Under, they found that there was already a local carry-out restaurant called “Burger King.” As a result, if you’re looking for a Whopper in Australia today, you’ll have to go to a chain called “Hungry Jack’s.”

Conditioner Update.

Back in July I posted a blog about my collection of conditioner's. If you haven't read it yet you can click Here to read my post. So after a couple months I have finally finished using all of my conditioners! Since they were half used it didn't take too long. My shower is now looking more organized without all those bottles everywhere! Now the downside is that I need a new shampoo & conditioner set. I'm going to TRY and use all of conditioner before buying something new! That's my new mini goal! I think I will be more successful now, yes that's me reassuring myself lol! Now I just need to find a new set I wanna try.

Hmmm the choices...

Daisy.

To put it simply a story about the inevitable showdown between a detective and a killer who fall in love with the same woman.

Full length movie with Eng subs. Just watch.

Twilight: Breaking Dawn

OMG! Yes I am a Twilight fan. & to answer your question I'm TEAM JACOB! *Sigh* Poor guy. The nice guy always finishes last. This trailer is AMAZING! I seriously got teary eyed watching Jacob talk with Bella. He know's that she too is going to become a vampire. Ugh he always tried & expressed his love to her. In a way she doesn't have a choice. If you haven't watched the movies, or read the books, then you don't know that the Volturi demand that she be turned. Their the law in the vampire world so unless Edward wants Bella, her family, & friends killed then their is no other choice. Which leaves poor Jacob heartbroken, but no matter what he is ALWAYS there for her. Even going against his pack. & wow look at Bella! That pregnancy really is killing her! They did a great job conveying that from the book to the movie!

Breaking Dawn is the last novel in the series, but it's being made into 2 movies. Part 1 comes out November 18th! I can't wait to see this! I'm going to make sure to bring the tissue! Seriously I got teary eyed during the trailer! Wth! Who does that?! Lol. I'm not even one of those die hard Twilight fans - I have read all the books & seen all the movies, and I own all the books & all the movies! I don't think that makes me die hard right? Lol. Seriously just watch the trailer! It will make you wanna go see the movie!! Here is a countdown clock too just to make sure you remember when the movie comes out!

Twilight Breaking Dawn

Tony Romo.

Okay for those of you who don't know I love football! (How could you not know? I have fantasy teams lol) This past week the NFL season finally started! WOOOOO! I was very excited! & my team is & always will be the Dallas Cowboys. Good or bad I stand behind them! Unfortunately they lost their first game to the NY jets. The subject of my post today is the Romo bashing that has been happening lately, well actually always.

The reason for this bashing is because Romo had a poor performance in the 4th guarter of the game. He fumbled & threw an interception. Needless to say that's what cost us the game. I can understand why Dallas fans are upset & why people all over are questioning Romo's qb abilities. What I don't agree with is the constant bashing of Romo. Let me start by saying I have never thought Tony was a great qb. He was good yes, but FAR from being in the history books.

I give props to Tony for admitting that he lost the game. It takes a lot to admit your wrong doings, especially on tv. As fan's we should be supportive & understand that playing football isn't easy. But not Dallas fans! People are calling him a "choker" & there is even a #quarterbacksbetterthanromo trending topic on twitter. This really makes me mad & disappointed. I know that the qb is a crucial part of the team. He has a big weight on his shoulder's and when losses happen the qb is the first person to get the blame.

The problem with that is the qb isn't the only one of the team. From that last I understood football was a "team" sport. Not only one person "wins" just like not one person "looses." People have to work together to make things happen & win games! It's easy for people to say he's a choke artist, but I wanna see them out on the field & do what Tony does! I bet they won't even last a quarter! That's what people don't understand. It takes dedication & practice; the other guys on the field are also doing the same. It's not that easy to win yet fans expect to win every game. Well fans you aren't the ones out there taking a beating!

This is only 1 game out of 16! Unless I'm really HORRIBLE at math the Cowboy's & Romo still have time to prove themselves. Tony just needs to practice! To be a better player it takes practice. With persistence Tony can have a good season. Instead of just pointing out all his faults people need to acknowledge the good he has also done. What I want to say to my fellow Cowboy fans is that you guys need to stop with the bashing & get OVER IT! That game is done & over with! Time to concentrate on the next game and cheer on our team!

Negative attitudes don't win games or make good fans.

Dream High.

First I just wanna say THANK YOU DREAM HIGH! The guy that should have gotten the girl(IMO) GOT THE GIRL!!! It's a trend in all KDramas that their is a love triangle going on & the nice guy always finishes last. You don't know how frustrating it is to see these guys suffer! I always cheer them on even though I know how it's going to end! before I go into a rant here is the synopsis:

Six students at Kirin Art High School work to achieve their dreams of becoming stars in the Korean music industry. During the drama, the students learn how to develop their singing, songwriting and dancing skills while also undergoing personal growth. Each one of the students have their own strength and their own weaknesses, but with the support and guidance of each other, they strive to debut on stage.

The actors are all famous singers in popular KPop bands so the singing & dancing never fail to impress! I really loved all the characters! I can't really complain. One character reminded me of Professor Snape in Harry Potter lol! Only because he goes from the bad guy to the nice, caring guy. Anyway I liked all the side stories too. None of them seemed over the top or too much going on in 16 episodes. One overcame adversity, well actually a few, & they really grew into their own. It was refreshing to see.

Let me talk about the main character's love triangle now. I will admit that both guys were good guys. She honestly couldn't have gone wrong with either one of them. I just had my ties to one in particular. They both had some really great memories with her. One had some dating back to when they were kids & the other he just really wanted to be the man she deserved. I'm not gonna say which one she ends up with, but I did feel bad for the other guy. Thankfully he cared enough to let her go with her heart, awwww! Seriously I am having unrealistic expectations of love!

*sigh* It really was a good drama. I had been wanting to watch it for the past 2 month's but kept getting side tracked with other dramas. I wish I would had a little more clarity at the end with the main couple, but there IS gonna be Dream High 2! YAY! I don't know exactly if the old character's will be in the new season or not, so I guess I have to wait till January to find out! Oh & my love, Kim Hyun Joong, makes a cameo in the first episode *swoon*

As always you can click the picture above and you will be able to watch this drama online! Seriously if you haven't watched any of my suggestions by now I'm pretty disappointed!

T.O.P - Oh Mom [English Subs] HD

Great song by Top. The story behind this song:
There was a little girl who really loved T.O.P & she suffered from a terminal illness. Well she wrote him a letter explaining her situation, but he didn't take much notice of it since you cant believe every fan-mail. I'm not sure if she passed or not, but her parents made a video for T.O.P & when he saw it, it brought him to tears. This song is dedicated to the little girl.

Fit Tip Tuesday.

Try preparing meals at home more often. Restaurant meals will be higher in sodium, fat and calories.

Fantasy Football.

This is my second year doing fantasty football. Last year I was partners with a friend of mine who initially got me interested in taking part of this "fantasy" lol. Unfortunately we did not do well. we started out strong, but as the season went on we just went down the tubes. I blame him! The overall experience was really good. I really liked it so I decided why not do it again!

This year I'm doing it solo! It's a scary task because as much as I love football I know very little about player's and their statistics. Seriously alot goes into choosing the right people for your team. You gotta consider BYE weeks too! Thankfully this year I participated in 2 online drafts and that was so much easier! I had a list of all these players with statistics & all the info I needed to make the best choice.

Here are my 2 Teams: (Don't hate on my names!)

Steph's Flacons
QB: Drew Brees
RB:Ryan Grant, Steven Jackson
WR: Sidney Rice, DeSean Jackson
TE: Jason Witten
W/R: Jonathon Stewert
K: Alex Henery
BN: Jay Cutler, Pierre Thomas,
Malcom Floyd, Julio Jones,
Brent Celek, Zach Miller
DEF: New orleans Saints

Ninja Falcons
QB: Drew Brees
RB: Adrian Peterson, Rashard Mendenhall
WR: Andre Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald
TE: Antonio Gates
W/R: Frank Gore
K: Josh Brown
BN: Philip Rivers, Ahmad Bradshaw
Felix Jones, Santonio Holmes,
Steve Johnson, Jermichael Finley
DEF: Green Bay Packers

So yea that's my two teams! I used "Flacons" in both because I wanted to be consistent & I know Steph's Falcons isn't good, but I can always change it later! Some how I just ended up with Brees as my QB for both teams. I gotta make a note to change my players when BYE weeks come. Def using a sticky note for that! Well I'm crossing my finger's that my teams atleast make the play-offs! Wish me luck!

I LOVE novelty socks.

I don't know why but I think they are the GREATEST! I honestly do not own a pair of plain white sock. Let me start by saying I don't ever where tennis shoes. I only own, flip flops, flats, and heels. I wear my wonderful novelty socks around the house. I even have the nice, cozy, fuzzy socks. I have socks of all color's and prints: tie dye, bows, banana's, puppies, Tootsie Rolls, even the owl from the Blow Pop commercials. I have a pair of socks for every holiday....yes I know that's crazy. I just love them and every chance I get a buy new pairs to add to my collection. My dad always tells me I'm not a little girl anymore, but hey who said we can't keep a lil bit of the child within us as we get older?

U-Kiss - Take Me Away [English Subs]

U-KISS is seriously becoming my favorite Kpop band. I have been listening to their album & I love it! I especially love the piano in this track. Easily my favorite song that's on repeat. & their english is PERFECT! Listen & fall in love lol!
