Share Sunday.



So I have the WORSE sleeping habits EVER. Seriously I can not go to sleep till after 2! & because I go to sleep so late I don't wake up until after 10. I wanna blame it on when I lived in California. My sleeping habits were probably worse then than they are now. I wouldn't go to bed till 4 and I can remember days I didnt go to sleep till lunch. I just don't get tired. And when I do its's an instant thing where BAM I'm asleep, no warning.

Recently I tried taking sleeping pills......lol I don't wanna say they didn't work but I didn't get the results I expected lol. I went to bed around 1:30 which is a start right? Then the next day i had no energy. I just felt tired all day! I'm thinking maybe I need a new pill. Those pills just make you feel tired so you can go to sleep, I need something that works in less than an hour and I'm knocked out.

I'm thinking I might try warm milk even tho I HATE milk. I'm willing to try it if it works. I could learn to like it. I'll probably start to force myself up early with an alarm. Wake up early will equal tired earlier. We shall see I guess. If not I'm sure the power of Google will help me think of new ideas! Wish me luck!
