Fit Tip Tuesday.

My newest addition is Fit Tip Tuesday! Every tuesday I will be sharing a healthy & easy tip for everyone to try!

The very first tip is:
Eat slower. Scarfing down food quickly is one of the easiest ways to overeat. Slow down and allow your body time to process and you will most certainly eat less.

This really does seem very simple & practical!
